Caroline's Marshmallow Cookies - By Request

From Grandma Thelma's old cookbook, for Rennratt and Nooze...


Beat 2 eggs and add 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar.

Melt 6 squares semi-sweet chocolate with 3 tablespoons margarine or butter.

Mix first two mixtures together, then add...

1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
1 cup chopped nuts (optional)
6 cups colored miniature marshmallows

Shape into logs, roll in 3/4 cup crushed grahmn crackers.
Wrap in wax paper and refrigerate.

When set, slice into thin pieces.
